A London based consulting firm is seeking reliable, attention-to-detail Personal/ Office Assistants to manage the day-to-day aspects of a busy Executive. The successful applicant will have a positive attitude, and the drive to work efficiently and expediently. We’re looking for someone who learns quickly and isn’t afraid to ask questions.
Prepares and maintains all client orders/files
Makes follow up calls to factories, customers, and Post Office
Pick-up and delivery of client items, as needed
Basic office support as needed
Special Position Requirements
Punctual and dependable.
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
Positive and friendly.
General proficiency with computers
This position is part-time (10-25 hours per week) with a starting pay of £14.00- £18.00 per hour.
The hours are flexible and can accommodate current work and school schedule.
